Used Products Warranty — BigOcasión

At BigOcasión, all used products sold on our marketplace go through a verification process to ensure their compliance and proper functioning.

1. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers functional defects not related to normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.

The warranty period for used products is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

For products classified as Grade A, B, or C, the warranty applies only to basic functionality and does not cover cosmetic imperfections.

2. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, drops, or contact with liquids.

Parts and consumables subject to wear (batteries, cables, accessories, etc.).

Defects already identified and mentioned in the product description.

3. Claim Procedure
The customer must contact BigOcasión support via the assistance form within 14 days of detecting the defect.

Proof of purchase (invoice) is required, along with photos or videos showing the issue when applicable.

Once validated, BigOcasión may:

Repair the product.

Replace it with an equivalent product.

Issue a proportional refund.

4. Notes
In the event of repair or replacement, the warranty period remains the same as from the original purchase.

Products sold by third parties on the marketplace may have their own warranties, and customers should verify this information before purchasing.
