Instructions for use (Professional Use Only): Ensure the eye and brow area is completely clean, dry, and oil-free. In a small mixing dish, blend 2cm of RefectoCil Tint #3 with 10 drops of Liquid Oxidant (or 15-20 drops of Cream Oxidant) until a smooth paste is achieved. Apply precisely to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows using an application stick or fine tinting brush. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the desired color depth. Remove entirely using a damp cotton pad. Note: A patch test is strongly recommended 48 hours before the first application.

Storage/Maintenance Conditions: Store the tube tightly capped in a cool, dark, and dry space away from direct sunlight exposure or extreme moisture corridors. Use within the recommended period-after-opening (PAO) safety window.
